Mid Century American Gospel
After a twenty year hiatis, Bubba Williams (Scary Time Ramblers) returns to music along side Terin Alba(Wildheart) and Marieangela King-Allman(King Family Band) Drawing on the unique character of Mid-Century American Gospel. Sunday Best bridges the gap between the sacred and country & western, bluegrass, folk and R&B. Simple songs with simple arrangements played with honest intent for the sake of the song. Orlando Welsh, John Bennet and Tommy Ybarra on bass, lead guitar and drums respectively make the bands core. These three have played (well) together in various projects over the last 20 years. If you enjoy biblical nursery rhymes, cautionary tales, sad waltzes and laments you’ve come to the right place.

We're a pizza shop and bar located in Flamingo Heights, just north of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. We have live music, cocktails, beer and special pop up events.
