Powerhouse trio in Austin, Texas. Formed in 2013 by vocalist-guitarist and songwriter Lindsey Mackin, joined by Derek Vaughan Nunez Strahan on bass, and Nick Cornetti on the drums. The 2015 debut album Watermelon Summer came out thundering in the Texas heat spooky and swirling. Annabelle Chairlegs quickly became a local favorite and a festival staple. Their sophomore album Gotta Be in Love released in 2020 with a dream-like music video for “Outside” won them an Austin Music Award for Best Music Video.

Giant Rock Meeting Room
We're a pizza shop and bar located in Flamingo Heights, just north of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. We have live music, cocktails, beer and special pop up events. We pride ourselves on being the local watering hole for so many lovely desert dwellers, but we also love seeing new faces.
