"Alex & The Moondaze is a band of talented multi-instrumentalists and longtime real-life friends led by songwriter Alex Tighe. Their music carries an influence of mid-century cosmic American music meshed with mellow grooves, tight beats and lush harmonies. With their third full-length album, this band has been making waves with their unique sound that cannot be tied to any single genre.
The band's recordings are all made with analog equipment on reel-to-reel tape at Oracle Recording Studio, located in the central lodge house of Rancho Linda Vista. This artist community is tucked away in the high desert of Oracle, AZ and is a source of inspiration for the band members. Since forming as a studio project in 2018, Alex & The Moondaze have released three full-length albums, RANCHO, LINDA, and VISTA, all showcasing the band's signature sound of melodic soulful harmonies.
Their latest album combines elements from multiple musical genres including soul, R&B, psychedelic, glam rock and Americana. "

We're a pizza shop and bar located in Flamingo Heights, just north of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. We have live music, cocktails, beer and special pop up events.
