Create a folklore-inspired mask for Samhain through papier-mâché, costuming, and creative expression. Draw inspiration from woodland creatures, desert spirits, and your own imagination, with guidance on techniques for bringing your creation to life.

PRICING

• One evening: $50–$60 per adult, sliding scale. Choose the amount that works for your budget.
• Both evenings: $80 per adult.
• Children: $20 per child, attending with a parent.

YOUR HOSTS

Lorry Stone (DYRT WITCH) brings experience in production design, prop-making for The Magic Castle, and Samhain mask-making inspired by her time in Ireland and Scotland.

Kari is a multidisciplinary artist with skills in structural design, creative construction, and mask-making, bringing both artistic vision and practical building techniques to the workshop.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring materials to personalize your creation—fabric scraps, thrifted treasures, twigs, and other found desert elements.

A sewing machine will be available. If you’d like to create a costume to accompany your mask, bring a sheet and we’ll help pin it to fit.

FOOD & ATMOSPHERE

Enjoy a Halloween movie while you craft! Pizza and drinks are available to purchase from Giant Rock Meeting Room, including vegan pizza options.
